Payments

There are different ways to pay your rent - all quick and easy.

Keeping up with your rent payments is really important. You can choose from a range of ways to pay, or set up automatic payments so you’re always up to date.

Ways you can pay

MySalix

Log in to MySalix to get started.

If you don’t have a MySalix account, you can register here.

Allpay app

The Allpay app lets you make a payment through your mobile device with your debit or credit card. You can make a payment any time you like, easily and securely.

You’ll need your 19-digit payment reference number which you can find on your Rent Payment Card or in MySalix, under ‘Account options.’

To download the Allpay app, visit your usual app store:

The easiest way to stay on top of your rent is to set up a Direct Debit with us. Your bank pays the rent every month on the same day once your direct debit is set up.

To set up your direct debit, log in to MySalix and go to Payments and accounts > Payment options. You’ll need your 19-digit payment reference number, which you can find on your Rent Payment Card.

You can make one-off rent payments by debit or credit card through Allpay, a secure payment site.

You’ll also need your 19-digit payment reference number, which you can find on your Rent Payment Card.

Pay online through Allpay

You can set up an automatic standing order payment from your bank account, which lets you control how much goes out and when. You need to set this up with your bank.

You’ll also need our account details for the payment to go to:

  • Bank: Natwest
  • Sort Code: 01-10-01
  • Account Number: 67740588
  • Payment ref: Your 8 digit account number which can be found on your account details

Your rent can be taken automatically from your debit card each month.

Call us on 0800 218 2000 to set this up. If we cannot take the payment any particular month, there is no charge, but you will need to make a manual payment for the month that has been missed to avoid arrears.

You can pay with cash, debit or credit card at PayPoint locations throughout Salford. You’ll also need your rent payment card.
